Net Speed

I wish my internet have a speed of 100mbps. I know a person that have this monstrous speed of internet and its crazy because he is not paying any damn money. He said that he paid $40 to someone who is offering him a onetime payment and have a speed of 100mbps. He knows its to good to be true but he trusted the person. But something is smells fishy; i know it is an illegal because Globe Telecom never offer something like that and i saw that he is using Globe Telecom witch is a good ISP. But if you will ask me i will also accept that offer even it is illegal because they will never caught me and its a dream come true to have that kind of speed in your internet. But its good thing to be paying for your internet.
